1. Service Description

RecettesRabais is a subscription service that generates personalized recipes from your grocery store's weekly deals. Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence and delivered by email.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard with a single click, in compliance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (Bill 72).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current period.

3. Free Trial

The Trial plan offers 3 recipes per week for 30 days. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue.

4. Limitation of Liability

Recipes are AI-generated and may contain errors. Always verify ingredients against your allergies. RecettesRabais is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues related to recipe use.

5. Taxes

Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/QST). Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your province of residence.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email 30 days before they take effect.
